from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us. Please be advised that all volunteers of Common Threads must be 14 years or older and anyone under 18 must have adult supervision. We do partner with other organizations that have different age policies and any volunteer connected with that group must abide by that organization's policies as well as those of Common Threads Community Outreach, Inc.
